INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENOVATION
We absolutely loved working on this project, a full interior and exterior home renovation located in beautiful Windang Beach, and are thrilled with the end result. This former beach cottage has been completely transformed into a beautiful coastal family home.
While we retained the footprint of the existing house, some internal walls were removed to create an open plan living area which then opens directly onto the outdoor patio and backyard. New aluminium windows and doors, as well as new flooring were installed throughout the home.
We built a new double car garage which was clad in James Hardie Scyon Linea weatherboards to match the coastal inspired look of the house, then completed with a cedar timber garage door. This multi-purpose garage also doubles as an additional entertaining area with bifold doors opening out onto the backyard.
A distinct new feature is the statement fence built around the perimeter of the property, elevating it’s street frontage and making it an absolute stand out in the neighbourhood.
With the renovation complete, this house really is a coastal dream home!
