INTERIOR RENOVATION & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA
For this renovation our clients wished to give their former rental property a facelift to create a beautiful family home they could move into. An older-style home, the property had last been renovated over 10-years ago so the primary focus of the project was the kitchen, wet areas and outdoor space. Large cedar windows and doors were installed downstairs connecting the kitchen and dining with a new outdoor entertaining area. In addition to a complete renovation of the existing bathroom, the laundry was converted into two new spaces - an additional bathroom, and a study with floor to ceiling cabinetry. A brand new poly kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops completed the transformation of this property into a modern and spacious family home.
The timber flooring was outside the scope of our project and will be completed by our clients at a later date.
